A lot excited to be a little less of me

I am so excited!! I have been chosen
to be part of the NutriSystem Blog nation!

Most over weight people can tell you of how the added weight can cause insecurities. We are treated differently at times and looked at with disgust.  Some people even are cruel enough to make comments that are loud enough for us to hear.  As with all tolerances, they are hurtful and do damage.
It even seems that a star gaining weight is even worse than being exposed on a sex tape or being caught for drunk driving.
I am one of the people that wasn't always chunky, thick, chubby, pleasantly plump, fluffy, obese, fat or any other adjective that is used to describe those of us that would benefit, health wise to take off the added pounds.
So, I will take you along with me on my individual journey on how the weight gain started and my road to being healthier!
Along with Nutrisystem, I will share my  tips on how to eat healthier and also how to get all those glasses of water in.
