Before you enter I do want to say something about the rafflecopter form. Most forms usually have several points per entry however, the sponsor would like to know the correct actually number of entries on this giveaway. Also, they only wanted 5 entries........Therefore, each entry is only worth one point and there is not a daily tweet only a one time tweet. Normally I give more points for the facebook and twitter follows but, please understand my hands are tied. So please make sure to get your 5 entries in :)
Good Luck!

I do have a weight lost goal.
ReplyDeleteMy weight loss goal is realistic. Being in my mid-40's I know I am NOT going to weigh what I did in my 20's nor do I want to work that hard to keep my weight there. My goal is to weight what I did when I had my child and stay within a 3-5lb range of that the rest of my life. This will improve my health: asthma, knee issues and back issues. I've lost 30 lbs on my own but am having issues with the last 30lb! I'm tired...a lot...and don't have the umpfh to keep going;)
ReplyDeletei am trying to set and stick to a goal its so hard i nee help
ReplyDeleteI'd like to lose those last 20 pounds that just won't go away
